The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with respect to data provided voluntarily on the Website.

The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

• Running a newsletter

• Handling inquiries submitted via the contact form

• Delivering ordered services

• Presenting offers or information

The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

• Through data voluntarily entered into forms, which is then entered into the Operator's systems.

• By storing cookie files ("cookies") on end devices.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

Login and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login credentials entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the destination server.

Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that it can only be read by the Operator, who holds the key. This protects the data in the event the database is stolen from the server.

User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works one way — it is not possible to reverse it, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.

The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.

To minimize the risk of unauthorized access to data, the Operator uses complex passwords containing lowercase and uppercase letters, digits, and special characters, no shorter than 8 characters.

Two-factor authentication is used on the Website, providing an additional layer of login protection.

An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups.

3. Hosting

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Your Data Is Used

In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, where this is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

• the hosting company, under a data processing agreement

Your personal data is processed by the Controller for no longer than is necessary to carry out the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Controller:

• access to your personal data,

• rectification of your data,

• erasure of your data,

• restriction of processing,

• and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c), i.e., the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing legitimate interests of the Controller, including profiling. However, the right to object cannot be exercised where there are valid, legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the Controller's activities with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Website.

Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out with respect to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of direct marketing conducted by the Controller.

Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we transfer it outside the European Union.

5. Information Provided in Forms

The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, where provided.

The Website may record information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).

In some cases, the Website may record information that facilitates linking the data in a form with the email address of the user filling it out. In such cases, the user's email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.

Data provided in forms is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., to handle a service request, establish business contact, register for services, etc. The context and description of each form clearly indicate its purpose.

Information about user behavior on the Website may be logged. This data is used for the purpose of administering the Website.

7. Significant Marketing Techniques

The Operator performs statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer any personal data to the provider of this service — only anonymized information. The service relies on cookies stored on the user's end device. With regard to information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA) to know that a person registered with Facebook is using the Website. In this case, Facebook relies on data for which it is itself the controller; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service relies on cookies stored on the user's end device.

The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be matched to the user's behavior on the website. This may give the impression that the user's personal data is being used to track them; however, in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. A technical precondition for such activities is enabled cookie support.

The Operator uses a solution that studies user behavior by creating heat maps and recording on-site activity. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service provider, so the provider does not know which natural person it concerns. In particular, passwords and other personal data are not recorded.

The Operator may use profiling within the meaning of data protection regulations.
