Homest Polska is a real estate agency specializing in commercial and office properties for B2B clients. Our task was a complete UX/UI design and WordPress implementation of a new website - but more than that: a tool that genuinely streamlines the search for commercial space, for agents and clients alike.
THE SOLUTION:
We started with buyer persona analysis and built the entire user journey around it - including an advanced property search system. On the technical side, we integrated the site with Esti CRM, enabling fully automated listing updates. The result? A clean, light design with a powerful engine underneath - one that saves time for agents and clients every single day.
Solution: We built our work around User Experience and automation.
UX & Personas: We defined the key audience groups and shaped the information architecture so investors and tenants reach the right categories - retail spaces, offices - in seconds.
Custom Search: A dedicated, highly usable search engine became the centerpiece of the Hero section, allowing precise filtering from the very first screen.
Esti CRM Integration: We implemented two-way communication with the Esti system. The WordPress site stays up to date automatically - agents never enter data in two places.
Design: A light, airy layout with elegant serif typography builds a premium brand image without ever distracting from the listings themselves.
WordPress Development: A scalable implementation that's easy for the team to manage day to day.
Commercial Real Estate UI: A refined, business-grade style tailored to the agency's existing branding.
