more memorable - that's a distinctive brand in a visually conservative industry.
Tillid is a local developer designing and building single-family homes in Poland's Mazovia region. The name itself means "trust" in Danish - and that became the foundation of everything. Our task was to design a brand that stands out in one of the most visually conservative industries there is - real estate development - while building the one thing every homebuyer needs before signing: confidence.
THE SOLUTION:
We built the identity around three keys: nature, Scandinavian aesthetics, and local roots. The combination of the name and our visual identity gave the brand a powerful communication tool - fresh, different, and precisely aimed at its target audience. The result? Tillid Home connects perfectly with its buyers - no small feat in an industry where the end client must deeply trust a developer before purchasing a property.
Solution: We built our work around a "Trust by Design" strategy - every visual decision working toward one goal: credibility.
Brand Strategy: We anchored the identity in the meaning of the name itself - tillid, Danish for trust - turning it into the brand's core promise.
Visual Identity: We designed a brand language inspired by nature and Scandinavian simplicity - warm, honest, and unlike anything else in the local development market.
Differentiation: In an industry stuck in visual conservatism, we gave Tillid a fresh, modern presence that speaks to a clearly defined audience.
Communication Toolkit: The identity works as a complete system - giving the brand consistent, recognizable communication across every channel and touchpoint.
